What is HPP?

We wanted to let you know about some exciting developments to Nutty but Nice Dips! We have, for the first time, pasteurized the product using a process called HPP (High Pressure Processing). It uses extreme pressure, under very cold water, to eliminate harmful bacteria and yeast while keeping the nutrients and flavor of our Dips! We wanted to bring our delicious Dips to cities outside Southern California and this will help us achieve that! Many of you love the simplicity of our ingredients and we will always stay true to that! Since we do not use emulsifiers, you may find some water separation. Please just stir the contents and enjoy Nutty but Nice Dips! We are grateful for your continued support and love!
